Hi friends!

My name is Sarah—a fellow mama trying to thrive (or just survive, depending on the day) through this beautiful and challenging journey of motherhood. I’m a Christian, wife, and mom to a wild toddler and an even wilder set of twins—born just 14 months apart!

Throughout my time as a mom, I’ve worked full-time, part-time, and now stay at home. I’ve breastfed, pumped (a LOT), and tried every bottle under the sun. We’ve relied on mother’s day out and had help from family nannies. We even moved when our firstborn was just three months old. After three kids, you experience quite a bit! But here’s the truth: I’m no expert. I’m not a pediatrician, lactation consultant, or child psychologist. I’m simply a mom who has lived through the sleepless nights, messy and loud meal times, and the chaos of three kids under a year a half. I believe God has used those exhausting seasons to teach me lessons worth sharing...aka the divine nudge that turned into me typing away during nap times.

Motherhood requires us to wear a lot of hats—teacher, chef, playmate, nurse, photographer, disciplinarian, cleaner, safe space, and cuddle buddy. And it can be overwhelming, especially when you’re running on four hours of sleep. We’re asked to adapt and learn new skills FAST. That’s why I created this space: to share encouragement, practical tips, and reminders that you are not alone.

Most importantly, I want this to be a community. I’d love to hear your feedback, your wisdom, and your stories. Because while there’s a ton of information out there, motherhood isn’t “one size fits all.” Every child is unique, every family is different, and everything we learn is ultimately a gift from the Lord. Here, we’ll share with humility—knowing most wins come after ten failed attempts. This isn’t about proving who’s right; it’s about lifting each other up and reminding one another of the truth: you are deeply loved by God, and you are doing better than you think.

And I’ll be honest: my kids have taught me humility over and over. I’ve laughed with other moms in the middle of those embarrassing, messy moments—like the stage right before potty training when everything seems to become a bathroom joke. Kids have a mind of their own (a developing one at that), and I’ve had to accept daily—sometimes hourly—that I need to release my desire to control every little thing. My role is to model the behavior I hope to see, set consistent boundaries, and trust that they’ll grow through each stage. Every season has its sweet spots and its struggles. Push through the hard, relish in the good.

One verse that grounds me in this journey is John 15:5: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.” Motherhood pulls us in every direction, but our strength comes from staying rooted in Christ. Let’s encourage each other to remain connected to Him in the middle of the chaos.

Here’s a little of what you can expect on the blog:

  • Lessons & tips for real mom life (because between the wins and wipeouts, there’s wisdom to be found).

  • Baby schedules (that work… until the next transition hits).

  • Meal planning (for when you’ve got zero free hands and picky eaters).

  • Quick workouts (nap-time warriors, this is for you).

  • Budgeting & investing testimonies (because the budget has never been tighter).

  • Christ-centered reflections (to keep us grounded when the laundry piles high and the days feel long).

So, mama, here’s my encouragement to you today: start small with a daily devotional, subscribe here so we can walk this journey together, and share your own wisdom in the comments—I’d love to hear from you!

You are seen. You are loved. And you’re doing a beautiful job.

May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.

Romans 15:5-7
